MCI Solutions GmbH is a young and innovative company with its headquarters in Stuttgart, founded by Fitness-Influencer Tim Gabel and Nicolas Lazaridis (Inscope21). In the last two years, we have developed a mobile app with an interdisciplinary team of sports scientists, doctors, and programmers. We want to make it possible for everyone to access a personalized training plan at the touch of a button. To achieve this, we are working tirelessly and passionately.

Tasks

• You edit creative social media clips, ads, and short campaign formats for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• You manage our social media channels – from content planning to posting and community management
• You make editorial planning and bring your own ideas for themes, trends, and formats
• You accompany shootings and helps with content production on site
• You analyze the performance of our contents and helps improve our strategy.

Qualification

• You are enrolled in a media-related field such as marketing, communication, journalism or a comparable study program
• You have experience in video editing (e.g. with Adobe Premiere Pro) and ideally bring basic knowledge of After Effects
• You know the current social media trends and platforms and enjoy creating content that moves people
• You are creative, work independently, reliably, and team-oriented
• You have fun with fitness-, lifestyle- or health-related topics
