Working Student Social Media & Community Management (m/f/d)

Germany is experiencing new record registration numbers for electric vehicles and a rapidly increasing number of charging points. In this context, the German government has set very ambitious goals, aiming for 15 million registered electric vehicles and 1 million installed public charging points by 2030. As a full-service provider for charging infrastructure, Wirelane is thus operating in a very dynamic and rapidly growing market environment. We must master the constantly increasing demand for and requirements of innovative charging solutions for electric vehicles. For our fast-growing team, we are looking for you to strengthen our "Empower It" team in Commercial Operations at our headquarters in Munich.

• Management and further development of our social media channels.
• Creation of creative video and image content for various platforms.
• Development of new ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns.
• Identification of current trends and evaluation of their relevance for our brands.
• Planning and support of on-site content shootings.
• Active community management through interaction with comments and messages.
• Analysis of content performance and derivation of optimization potential.
• Maintenance and structuring of our photo, video, and content assets.
• Close collaboration with Marketing, HR, and other teams to develop authentic stories from within the company.

• Enrolled student, ideally in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Media, or comparable degree programs.
• Enthusiasm for social media, digital trends, and modern communication.
• Creative mindset and a feel for content that generates attention.
• Initial experience with Canva, CapCut, or Later is an advantage.
• Proficient use of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• Enjoyment of contributing new ideas and driving projects independently.
• Very good German language skills at C1 level.
• Availability for employment at our Munich location.
