Werkstuden Social Commerce Manager - TikTok Shop (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Participate in the setup and development of our TikTok shop as a sales channel
• Support in identifying and addressing suitable creators and affiliates
• Implementation of creator outreach on TikTok and relevant platforms
• Collaboration in coordinating cooperations (briefings, product preparation, alignment)
• Support in analyzing and evaluating creator campaigns (e.g. sales, conversion, performance)
• Closely work with the teams from Performance Marketing and Content
• Participate in developing TikTok content and social commerce strategies.

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in business administration, marketing, media, e-commerce or comparable
• Strong interest in TikTok, social media, e-commerce, and new sales channels
• First practical experiences in the field of social media, influencer/creator cooperation, or affiliate marketing are advantageous
• Basic understanding of digital KPIs such as conversion rate, engagement rate etc.
• Interest in using AI tools (e.g. for content, research, or automation) and openness to using them in daily work
• Self-reliant, structured, and reliable working style
• Communication skills and interest in exchanging with creators and partners
• Negotiation-proof German language skills are essential, as well as very good English language skills
