We are Digital Beat, we shape knowledge exchange in the field of Artificial Intelligence. At our location in Cologne, 20 employees support other people and their companies in their further development through online courses, coaching, digital events, and books. Following our principle 'Better with AI', we are further developing existing products and bringing new, innovative offerings with a focus on AI to the market. You test new tools, build your own automations, try out AI Agents, and regularly ask yourself which processes could actually be solved better with AI for a long time now? Then this could be a pretty good fit:

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in AI & Automation who will support our product management team and work with us to implement AI meaningfully in our products, processes, and along the entire customer journey.

Your Area of Responsibility:

With us, you won't get a theoretical AI playground. You will work together with our product management on concrete projects and directly apply new technologies.

Among other things, you will:

• Conceive, test, and further develop AI Agents and automated workflows

• Independently research, try out, and evaluate new AI tools and technologies, and find out what is really relevant for us and our customers

• Be in direct exchange with our AI course customers, understand their questions and challenges, and contribute their insights and needs to the further development of our products

• Analyze our internal processes and the entire customer journey, and identify concrete opportunities to make them better, faster, and more scalable with AI

• Support our product management in the further development of our courses and learning content, and contribute new topics, tools, and developments from the AI world

• Develop new AI Use Cases, test them practically, and prepare them in such a way that concrete applications and best practices emerge for our participants and customers

• Contribute your own ideas and projects and take responsibility for their implementation on suitable topics

• Appear in front of the camera on suitable topics and clearly explain and demonstrate tools, workflows, or AI Use Cases

You fit well with us if you:

• Are currently pursuing a degree, for example, in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study

• Already have initial contact points with Artificial Intelligence, automation, or digital technologies, either through your studies, personal projects, or because you are intensively engaged with these topics yourself

• Actively engage with the current AI tool ecosystem and have already used tools like Claude, Perplexity, Cursor, or comparable applications for your own projects, workflows, or concrete use cases

• Are enthusiastic about AI Agents, automations, and intelligent workflows, and are eager to develop and implement your own solutions

• Possess good technical understanding and digital tools, Cloud applications, and APIs are not foreign terms to you

• Actively follow developments around AI and, for example, via LinkedIn, trade media, or other relevant sources, stay informed about new tools, models, and use cases emerging

• Can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new tools, technologies, and subject areas

• Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and at the same time bring a pronounced hands-on approach

• Enjoy communicating with customers and can convey complex or technical issues in a clear and solution-oriented manner

• Have very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Advantageous, but not a must

• Initial practical experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, APIs, or AI Agents

• Personal projects or experiments in the field of AI and automation

• Initial experience in creating content or learning materials

• Initial experience in front of the camera and enjoyment in clearly explaining tools, workflows, and AI use cases
