Working Student (Sales Support - 16 hours)

At &Work, we are looking for a Sales Support to help us further expand our network of talent and contribute to strengthening client relationships. You will help us make the best matches for our A-clients and build connections that matter.

Your Role

• You will support the team in finding and selecting top talent
• You will maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates
• You will seek creative ways to reach the right people

You will be given the freedom to do your work your way. And: you will always work with a team that is commercially strong, people-oriented, and simply great fun.

Your Work Week

• 16 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Work in the morning or afternoon, as it suits you
• We will take into account exams, deadlines, and study load
• You will work at our great office in Amsterdam Zuid

Who We Are Looking For

• University of Applied Sciences or University student (field of study does not matter)
• Available 16 hours per week
• Sociable, entrepreneurial, and creative in your approach
• Someone who works independently but enjoys being part of a team
• Curious about recruitment, sales, and business
• Residing in or around Amsterdam

Experience is not required. If you bring energy and motivation, we will take care of the rest!
