Your Position in Our Team

  • Represent our services throughout Germany and be the proactive first point of contact (outbound) for our products

  • Acquire and excite potential new customers for us

  • Proactively conduct outbound calls in German and schedule demo presentations for our Sales Managers

  • Process sales-related correspondence and manage communication via email and phone

  • Build sales pipelines for outbound sales activities through market and competitor analysis

  • Create sales documents such as quotes, presentations, and contracts

  • Handle general administration in the area of data quality

  • Support process optimization in interdepartmental communication

  • You will meticulously document your sales activities and KPIs in our CRM tool


Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Sports/Fitness, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable Bachelor's/Master's degree program

  • Interest and passion for outbound sales and entering a new market

  • Enthusiasm for self-organized work, a high degree of responsibility, and a structured and goal-oriented approach

  • Open and confident personality with strong communication skills

  • Digital affinity

  • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) skills complete your profile


Your Salary
  • We offer a salary range of EUR 14.00 – EUR 15.00 gross per hour.
  • The final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
