idealo maintains direct business relationships with almost the entire e-commerce market – from international platforms like Amazon and eBay to specialized trade partners. For our trading partners, we are one of the central sources for traffic, customer contacts, and online sales. At the same time, they offer us an immense data basis of billions of current prices that make up our price comparison. To further strengthen our B2B product area, we are looking for a dedicated person.

As part of our engaged Sales team, you will contribute to ensuring that our partners – from small shops to large brands – successfully grow on idealo. You are communicative, structured, and want to get to know the e-commerce industry from the inside? Then you're exactly right with us! 

Your Tasks

• You ensure satisfied partners, answer their inquiries through various communication channels, and find solutions together with our Sales Managers. 

• You work closely with different teams at idealo and help to quickly and efficiently clarify the concerns of our partners. 

• You conduct targeted research, document results, or process partner tasks – you keep track and get involved. 

• You take on your own (part-) projects and support the team with analyses that help us make data-based decisions. 

• In regular team formats, you actively participate and support the Sales teams in achieving their goals in various disciplines. 

What You Bring

• You are enrolled at a German university – ideally in the field of Economics or Media Sciences – and have been enrolled for at least 12 months. 

• You have an excellent customer- and service-oriented approach and want to look behind the scenes of e-commerce. 

• You are reliable – you work independently, structured, and carefully, but also a true team player. 

• You master MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) securely; experiences with Salesforce are a plus. 

• You speak and write fluent German and bring ideal English skills.
