To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

Working Student Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

Part-time, 20 hours

Responsibilities

• Shaping Social Media: You contribute your ideas to our social media presence – from the initial concept and content creation to the finished post that makes our brand visible.
• Maintaining CRM as the Core: You keep our customer and lead data up-to-date, clean, and reliable – the foundation for every good sales decision.
• Bringing Campaigns to Life: You build and optimize workflows in our CRM system, thereby initiating automated campaigns that reach new customers and retain existing ones.
• Actively Supporting Sales & Marketing: You get involved in ongoing projects – from research and preparation of presentations to the implementation of concrete measures.
• Professionally Preparing Sales Documentation: You participate in the creation and maintenance of our sales documents and ensure that offers, product information, and presentations are convincing.
• Looking Beyond the Obvious: You monitor the market, competition, and trends, and provide us with impulses to continuously improve our sales and marketing processes.
• Cleverly Using AI Tools: You use modern AI tools (e.g., for content creation, research, or process automation) to make your work more efficient and contribute ideas on how we can meaningfully integrate AI into our sales and marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Nutritional Sciences, or similar.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy thinking proactively.
• You communicate confidently in German and English (written and spoken).
• You are proficient with MS Office; experience with CRM or design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• You approach AI tools openly and confidently and enjoy trying out new applications.
• Ideally, you have an interest in health, dietary supplements, or the nutraceutical industry.
