As a growing PropTech company with a focus on trust, transparency, and experience, we are seeking an engaged work student:in who supports our Communications team in the area of Reputation & Community Management - with a focus on community management, crisis and complaint management, and brand reputation across all channels.

Aufgaben

As part of the Marketing and Communication team, you will work closely with our experts for Social Media, PR, and New Business. You will actively contribute to how MYNE is perceived in the public eye.

• Community Management: Care and active interaction with our community across all channels - particularly on Instagram, LinkedIn, and relevant online forums.
• Beschwerdemanagement: Support for professional handling of criticism, complaints, and sensitive community topics - always with a focus on transparency, empathy, and solution orientation.
• Content Creation & Editing: Support in creating, editing, and coordinating PR-, blog-, and social media content - in line with the MYNE Brand Voice.
• Influencer & Brand Ambassador Relations: Research, coordination, and maintenance of contacts to potential brand ambassadors and cooperation partners.
• (Nice to have) Design Skills: Creation of visual contents using Canva or similar tools.

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Studies in the field of Media-, Communication- or Marketing sciences or a comparable field
• Pasión for community building, online communication, and brand reputation
• Structured, solution-oriented, and empathetic working style
• Flooding German language skills in writing and speaking
• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Additional languages are an asset
• First practical experience in the field of Social Media, Communication or Digital Marketing
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google etc.
