Working Student Recruiting and Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Our core business is the planning and installation of electrical and instrumentation and control engineering in large-scale industry. For over 90 years, we have been creating complete new plants for our customers in the chemical and petrochemical industries as well as the steel industry, and carrying out major repairs and maintenance work. Nearly 700 employees ensure compliance with the highest quality standards every day at over 20 locations in Germany, which our customers can always rely on.

Tasks

• Review applications and support candidates throughout the process
• Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements
• Organize and accompany job interviews
• Plan and implement recruiting measures
• Organize and accompany career fairs and recruiting events
• Analyze recruiting channels and develop new ways to approach applicants

Qualifications

• You are studying, for example, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Interest in recruiting and employer branding
• Ideally, initial experience in MS Office
