• Support in the entire recruiting process – from candidate search to initial contact
• Identification and approach of suitable specialists and executives through various recruiting channels
• Maintenance and updating of our candidate profiles as well as support in applicant management
• Creation and optimization of job advertisements as well as support with recruiting projects
• Participation in administrative tasks and organizational matters related to recruiting

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), from any field of study with an interest in personnel topics, communication, and organizational tasks
• Interest in recruiting, human resources, and working with people
• Strong communication skills as well as an open and likeable personality
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Proficient in MS Office and interest in digital recruiting tools

• Practical insights into professional recruiting everyday life and valuable work experience alongside your studies
• Flexible working hours that can be optimally combined with your studies
