Tasks

• Support the HR Recruiting team from job posting to onboarding new colleagues and university marketing.
• Publish job postings on various platforms and maintain the application management system.
• Coordinate appointments for interviews and support in correspondence with applicants.
• Support activities in recruiting
• Maintenance of systems and data entry, as well as other administrative tasks
• Collaboration with other (department) departments
• Applicant management
• Contact potential candidates to enrich our team with top performers.

Qualification

• Studies in economics, humanities, psychology, sociology, law or a comparable field of study
• Interest in HR work
• Familiarity with common MS Office products and high IT affinity
• Very good German language skills are absolutely necessary, good English language skills
• Availability for deployment, initiative, team spirit, decision-making ability
