Your Mission

You will support our HR team, especially in recruiting, and ensure that applicants have a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will work on administrative HR processes as well as exciting projects around personnel and organization.

• • Support in recruiting – from job posting to interview coordination and accompaniment
  • Better management and communication with candidates
  • Support in active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and Instaffo
  • Preparation and maintenance of employment references
  • Support in onboarding new colleagues
  • Maintenance of personnel data and HR documents
  • Participation in HR projects, e.g., in the areas of employer branding, personnel development or process optimization
  • Support at recruiting events, university fairs, and internal events

You bring with you

• • Enrolled studies in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences, personnel management or a comparable program
  • Large interest in recruiting, personnel issues and modern working world
  • Interest in social media, active sourcing and current recruiting trends
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • Affinity for digital tools and the willingness to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Structured and meticulous working style
