Job description
(Berlin, from November, limited term, 20 hours per week)
Do you want to take on responsibility, discover talent, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the music industry? Then become part of our People Experience Team and actively shape the recruiting of our Early Career Talents.
What you do
- You will be responsible for the operational recruiting of our working students and interns, independently managing new and replacement positions – from requirement gathering and job posting to screening application documents and pre-selecting suitable candidates.
- You will be the point of contact for applicants and hiring managers in Early Career Recruiting, helping to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- You will maintain our applicant tracking system Greenhouse and ensure structured documentation of all recruiting activities.
- During periods of lower recruiting volume in the Young Talents area, you will support the team in coordinating interviews and gain insights into end-to-end recruiting.
- You will participate in university collaborations, recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- You will provide project-related support for initiatives, events, and projects in the Culture & Development area.
Who you are
- You are an enrolled student in business administration, human resource management, psychology, communication, or a comparable course of study.
- You are passionate about recruiting and the music industry, and enjoy matching talent with suitable entry-level opportunities, as well as getting to know different job profiles and career paths.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in recruiting.
- Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You work independently, reliably, and responsibly, have a hands-on mentality, and can keep track of multiple ongoing processes and projects simultaneously.
- You possess German language skills at C2 level.
What awaits you
- Direct insights into Talent Acquisition and People & Culture topics, responsibility from the start, and the opportunity to actively contribute.
- A monthly music streaming subsidy.
- Events and concerts at our headquarters in the heart of Berlin Schöneberg.
