We are manufacturers of standard hydraulic cylinders in various pressure ranges as well as custom special cylinders for specific requirements in areas such as shipbuilding, aviation, agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, construction machinery, and wind turbines. In the southern district of Osnabrück, we produce high-quality and high-performance hydraulic components in Melle for diverse applications.

We are looking for:

Working Student Recruiting & Applicant Management (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Contacting applicants by phone.

• Scheduling interviews.

• Following up on open feedback and brief status inquiries.

• Maintaining applicant data in the system.

• Assisting with coordination in the application process.

• General administrative tasks in the HR team.

• You are currently studying, ideally in business administration, communication, psychology, human resources, or a comparable field.

• You are friendly on the phone and confident in your demeanor.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and careful manner.

• You enjoy interacting with people.

• You have a confident command of German, both written and spoken.
