We fill demanding IT and strategy roles in the fields of AI & Data, Cyber Security, Software Engineering & Architecture, and Business Applications, among others, for leading consulting firms. With over 500 placements and an average Time to Hire of 24 days, we work quickly, precisely, and on eye level with our candidates and clients.

Tasks

You support our team throughout the entire recruiting process and take on early responsibility. Specifically, you can expect:

• Candidate acquisition through direct outreach on LinkedIn, XING, and other channels
• Participation in various recruiting activities from search to contact establishment
• Presentation and structuring of candidate assessments for our clients
• Preliminary assessment of candidates regarding their professional and personal fit
• Active participation in Executive Search for specialist and leadership positions
• Creation and maintenance of internal templates and process guidelines

Qualification

• Enrolled student, ideally in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Diligence
• Very good linguistic sense and joy in precise communication
• Structured, independent working style and an eye for details
• Safe handling of common digital tools
• German on a native level, good English
