Darmstadt from immediate effect for 16-20 hours per week

TL;DR:  You support our recruiting from active sourcing to hiring, ensure a positive candidate journey, contribute employer branding ideas, and further develop modern recruiting processes together with us.

Your tasks

•  You support our recruiting team along the entire application process: from the creation and publication of job advertisements to applicant communication and hiring. You will be responsible for maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinating interviews, and assisting with the pre-qualification of applicants.

• You identify suitable talents through various recruiting channels such as LinkedIn and proactively approach potential candidates as part of active sourcing.

• You assist in creating attractive job advertisements and ensure that they are published on the appropriate platforms.

• You participate in our employer branding measures such as career fairs, university collaborations, or the creation of communication materials.

• You observe current recruiting trends, research new tools and methods, and contribute your own ideas on how we can continuously develop our talent acquisition.

We are looking for doers

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or a comparable field.

• Ideally, you already have experience in recruiting/HR through working student jobs or internships

• You can work 2 days a week at our Darmstadt location

• With your open personality, you enjoy communicating respectfully with our candidates

• You enjoy working independently and can keep track of multiple topics at once

• You speak German and English fluently
