You want to gain practical experience in recruiting alongside your studies and not just manage applications? Then you can join us right away: from job postings to the first conversation with candidates to direct outreach.

• You create and publish job advertisements and, together with us, develop new ways to reach suitable candidates. You screen applications, conduct initial screenings, and independently conduct telephone interviews – especially for our Frankfurt (Oder) location.
• You support us in directly approaching candidates for our commercial and IT positions and further develop our active sourcing approaches.
• You try out new tools and AI applications in recruiting and help us find out where they really offer added value in recruiting.
• You will also take on administrative tasks in recruiting and contribute your own ideas if you want to make processes simpler, faster, or better.

• You are an enrolled student – a focus on HR, business, or a comparable field is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You enjoy communicating and are confident doing so – on the phone as well as in writing.
• You approach people openly and respectfully, while also having an eye for who might fit a position and our company.
• You are eager to try out new tools and quickly learn new systems.
• You are proficient in a digital work environment; experience with Personio is a plus.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
