Working Student Law (all)

Would you like to gain practical experience in the Legal Department of a medium-sized company in the Renewable Energies sector? Then support us with legal expertise as a Working Student Law (all) in Contract Management and with research on legal issues within the company. We look forward to getting to know you!

• Contract Management: You will independently prepare legal documents, particularly corporate law documents and contracts. You will be responsible for the structured filing and organization of contracts and ensure that documents are complete and up-to-date. 
• Legal Research: You will support the team with well-founded research on legal questions and contribute to the decision-making basis for operational and strategic topics.
• Maintenance of Contract Databases: Through regular maintenance and updating of our contract databases, you will create transparency and reliability in contract management.
• Creation of Contract Templates: You will participate in the creation and further development of contract templates and support the efficient implementation of standardized processes.
• Correspondence: You will independently conduct legal correspondence with internal and external parties.

• Studies: You are currently studying Law – ideally after completing your 1st State Examination – Business and Law, or Politics and Law.
• Experience: Good knowledge of civil law is required; initial insights into commercial and corporate law are advantageous. 
• Competencies: A precise, reliable way of working characterizes you – especially when dealing with sensitive legal documents. 
• Software Skills: You work confidently and routinely with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
