For our team we are looking for a motivated work student (m/w/d) in the field of accounting and controlling, who is eager to participate actively and gain insights into the financial processes of a successful company.

Aufgaben

• Project support
  You accompany and support the optimization of processes as well as data migration of our ERP system. While working closely with various departments, you will gain exciting insights into the digital transformation of our company.
• Preparation and maintenance of process documentation
  You help to make our internal workflows transparent by documenting and structuring processes. This contributes to standardization and efficiency improvement.
• Support in preparing reports for internal and external reporting
  You work on the preparation of report and presentation templates that are used for internal analyses and external stakeholders.
• Dokumentation of new structure
  You take over the compilation and maintenance of important overviews, e.g. about new insurance contracts or the recording of guarantees in connection with construction projects.
• Bearbeitung von ad-hoc Anfragen
  You support the team in short-term evaluations and analyses that are needed for daily business decisions.

Qualifikation

• You are enrolled and have completed at least three semesters of a relevant degree program (e.g. business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling and accounting).
• You have a good understanding of business connections and interest in processes in accounting and controlling.
• You are project interested and bring motivation to get involved in new topics and tasks.
• A proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, and first experiences with ERP systems are advantageous.
• You bring analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a high degree of accuracy.
• You are team-oriented, communicative, and willing to take responsibility.
• You are generally available for 10-20 hours per week and interested in long-term cooperation.
