Tasks

Your Role and Tasks

• Support in the acquisition process of real estate investments (including initial analysis of offers, coordination and implementation of due diligence, and preparation of contract documents)
• Preliminary preparation of presentation materials for obtaining bank and mezzanine financing, as well as accompanying the further financing process
• Support in sales processes of real estate investments (including preparation of exposés and creation and maintenance of data rooms)
• Preparation of market, location, and competitive analyses
• Participation in sourcing new investment opportunities, including taking over communication with brokers and sellers

Qualification

Your Profile

• Economics degree program, ideally with a focus on real estate (at least 3rd semester, earlier only with experience in the real estate industry)
• First practical experiences of advantage
• Good academic performance
• Fluent German in writing and speaking
• Strong analytical skills, numerical affinity, precision, and communication strength
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Availability for use, team ability, humor, and enthusiasm
• At least 15 hours a week
