Werkstudent R&D Consulting (m/f/d)

Coup secures innovative companies easy access to state funding. To achieve this, we develop a powerful software platform and combine it with excellent personal consulting. This way, the application and settlement of R&D funding for our clients become simple and convenient.

Since 2021, we have secured more than 250 companies over 100 million euros in funding. For our R&D Consulting Team, we are looking for a dedicated person who will help us better support our customers and professionalize our internal processes.

Aufgaben

You will work in the R&D Consulting Team and support our Consultants along the entire consulting and application process. Your tasks are as follows:

• Förderanträge: You will assist with submitting funding applications to the Research Allowance Office (BSFZ) and ensure complete, timely submissions.
• Unterlagen & Dokumentation: You will prepare professional, well-structured annexes, such as process diagrams, visualizations, and technical documentation. You will ensure that the documents are informative and consistent.
• Fachrecherche: You will research branch-specific topics and present results in a way that Consultants and clients can quickly consume them.
• Datenabgleich & Prozessoptimierung: You will reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment documents, systematically recognizing recurring patterns and documenting these to enable us to automate our processes more effectively in the future.
• CRM-Datenpflege: You will maintain customer data in our CRM with care and diligence, thereby providing a solid foundation for decision-making.
• Kundenkommunikation: You will support Consultants in asynchronous communication and coordination with clients, such as requesting, viewing, and categorizing large datasets.

Qualifikation

You bring curiosity, diligence, and a strong drive to really get things done:

• AI Kompetenz: You use AI tools competently and routiniertly to improve the quality and speed of your work. First experiences with AI agents or automating longer process chains are a plus point.
• Strukturiertes Arbeiten: You have a natural eye for well-structured documents and know how professional preparation looks like.
• Inhaltliches Interesse: You are interested in economic and technically-scientific connections. Ideally, you are studying in a related field (e.g., economics, natural or engineering sciences).
• Sprachen: You speak German at a native level (C2) and fluent English (C1).
• Verfügbarkeit: You are enrolled at a German university, at least 2 semesters before your graduation, and can work 15-20 hours per week on at least 3 days distributed.
