Junior QA/Testing Assistant (m/w/d)

We are a young software agency from Hamburg. We develop mobile apps, web platforms, and individual software solutions for customers from various industries, from startups to research institutions. To improve the quality of our projects, we are currently looking for an engaged junior assistant in the field of Quality Assurance.

Tasks

As a Junior QA/Testing Assistant, you will support our development team in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will test new features and bug fixes in various projects, document found errors structured in our ticket system, and work closely with our developers to understand and verify problems. You will create test cases, conduct manual tests, and help us build and maintain our QA processes.

Qualification

You are studying Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a comparable degree and have an interest in Software Quality and Testing. Structured, detail-oriented work is your thing, and you can describe problems clearly and comprehensibly. Technical knowledge (e.g., understanding of software development processes) is helpful. You are reliable, communicative, and have 15 hours per week available.
