Your Mission

As a Student Assistant Project Management & Heat Technology (m/w/d), you will support our team in developing, planning, and optimizing modern heat solutions. You will gain exciting insights into the fields of project management, product development, and process design within a dynamic corporate environment.

You will actively work on real projects, research current developments in the heat sector, and support the further development of internal processes and technical solutions. By doing so, you will contribute to the successful implementation of sustainable, efficient, and future-oriented heat concepts.

Where You'll Be Working

• You will support planning and calculation of heating systems with a focus on sustainable heat supply.
• You will actively work in the fields of product development and optimization of internal processes.
• You will support organization, coordination, and implementation of projects in the heat and engineering sector.
• You will research technologies, funding opportunities, market trends, and comprehensive topics around heat and engineering, and prepare the results structured.
• You will accompany planning and introduction of new processes for internal workflows and support their implementation.
• You will help with analyzing consumption data as well as simulations to optimize existing systems.
• You will support digitalization of heating systems and networking of building technology.
• You will work closely with our team, external partners, and installers together and support ongoing projects.

What You Should Bring

• You are enrolled, ideally in an economic, technical, or energy economics study program.
• You are interested in topics around energy economy, sustainable energy systems, as well as technical and process-related connections in the heat sector.
• You work structured, independently, and bring interest in developing products and processes with.
• You are familiar with common office applications (especially Excel and Word). First experiences with technical tools, data analysis, or simulations are a plus, but not necessary.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas within the team, communicate clearly, and bring initiative with.

The remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience in a range of 15.00 to 20.00 € gross per hour.
