Doctolib is looking for you immediately as a Working Student in Project Management - Sales Tools & Processes for our location in Berlin

As part of the Sales Operations Team, you will support us in optimizing the workflows of the sales team and driving various projects. In doing so, you will contribute to making our products accessible to even more healthcare professionals and become part of our mission to improve healthcare for everyone.   

Your Tasks

As a working student, you will support us in the following areas of responsibility: 

  • Reporting & Analysis: Using our CRM tool Salesforce, you will create reports and dashboards that serve to analyze sales performance and make decisions for new sales strategies.
  • Tools & Processes: You will support our sales teams in the correct use of sales-relevant tools and processes and be the contact person for questions, especially regarding our CRM system Salesforce. You will also help us identify and implement optimization potential for the processes within Doctolib's sales department. 
  • Communication & Training: You will develop communication or training materials for internal sales meetings and be responsible for creating online tutorials to explain new processes.

During your time with us, you will learn:

  • To gain extensive experience in project management in locally and internationally operating teams.
  • To learn to use your analytical skills to understand correlations and evaluate performance using key figures (KPIs) and reporting.
  • To acquire comprehensive knowledge of working with Salesforce in a sales organization operating throughout Germany.

To become part of our team, you bring the following:

  • You are enrolled full-time at a university, are interested in digitalization and healthcare, and want to work with us for at least one year.
  • You have an analytical mindset, a high affinity for tools, and possess good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You are characterized by your structured and proactive way of working and your organizational skills.
  • You have a high willingness to learn, enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner, and are happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess very good communication skills and fluent knowledge of German and English, each at least C1 level.

We are also particularly interested in:

  • You have already gained experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Job Details

  • Activity as a Working Student (20 hours/week)
  • Duration of employment: Minimum 12 months
  • Work location: Berlin
  • Salary: €15/hour
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days office/week)
