Your Tasks

We are looking for a student with a focus on project management office to support our administration in Dortmund. In this function, you will assist in the conception, planning, and monitoring of strategic projects for corporate development. Parallel, you will also accompany the operational implementation within the commercial departments or contribute to process optimization.

Project support throughout all phases (for process optimization, software rollouts, AI integration, site development, etc.)
Tracking projects, maintaining dashboards, and preparing workshops
Creation of reports, decision-making templates, and presentations

Your Profile

Ongoing (Fach-) university studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, etc.
Affinity to project management and handling new tools/systems
Organizational talent, communication strength, and quick comprehension
