Student Assistant Project Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a student assistant with a focus on project management office for our administration in Dortmund. In this function, you will support the conception, planning, and monitoring of strategic projects for corporate development. Parallel to this, you will also accompany the operational implementation within the commercial departments or contribute to process optimization.

Tasks

• Project support throughout all phases (for process optimization, software rollouts, AI integration, site development, etc.)
• Tracking projects, maintaining dashboards, and preparing workshops
• Preparation of reports, decision-making templates, and presentations

Qualification

• Ongoing (fach-) university studies in economics, business informatics, or engineering, etc.
• Affinity to project management and handling new tools/systems
• Organizational talent, communication strength, and quick comprehension ability
