Tasks

• Training on cross-project processes and tools
• Support in creating project-related documents (mainly Business Case) and data maintenance
• Support in transforming classical project management methods into hybrid models
• Implementation of AI to support project management (tools for project planning, tracking, and controlling)
• Support for project coordinators in regularly organizing project meetings & Lessons Learned Meetings

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Familiarity with MS-Office
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• Analytical and methodical skills for solution development and implementation
• Teamwork ability and enjoyment of interdepartmental work
• Excellent communication skills
• Eigeninitiative and organizational talent
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
