Your Mission
Would you like to take on responsibility and help shape real industrial projects during your studies? As a working student in project management, you will support our project teams in planning, steering, and implementing demanding client projects.
This means:
- You will assist in structuring projects, work packages, milestones, and project plans.
- You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of project management documentation, status reports, and decision papers.
- You will support our project managers in preparing and following up on workshops, meetings, and steering committee appointments.
- You will ensure transparency regarding progress, actions, risks, and open tasks.
- You will help structure project information and ensure high documentation quality.
- You will work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and clients, gaining insights into complex industrial projects.
Your Tasks
- Support in planning, organizing, and steering industrial and transformation projects
- Creation and maintenance of project plans, action lists, status reports, and project documentation
- Support in tracking tasks, milestones, and decisions
- Preparation of information for project, management, and steering meetings
- Conducting analyses and research to support project decisions
- Preparation of presentations, evaluations, and management documents
- Support in standardizing and optimizing project management processes
- Ensuring structured documentation and knowledge management within projects
- Participation in internal organizational and improvement initiatives
Depending on experience and development level:
- Taking over your own work packages within client projects
- Independent coordination of smaller project tasks
- Support in the introduction of new methods, tools, and standards
- Participation in the further development of our project management and delivery approaches
Work Model
- Hybrid: Office, remote, and project-dependent on-site assignments
- Participation in projects for leading industrial companies
- Location: Munich, Lake Constance, or Stuttgart
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in Germany and India
- Regular participation in client projects as well as internal newboxes initiatives
Your Profile
Technical
- Studies in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Informatics, or comparable fields
- At least 3rd semester or initial practical experience through internships or working student positions
- Interest in project management, management consulting, and industrial transformation projects
- Enthusiasm for technology, digitalization, and industrial value creation
- Initial experience with structured project work is advantageous
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Quick learner of new methods, processes, and tools
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- High aspiration for performance and strong initiative
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Enjoyment of taking responsibility and driving things forward
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
- Enthusiasm for personal development and continuous learning
