Working Student Project Management – Finance, Purchasing & Sales (m/f/d)

We are systematically building up Finance, Purchasing, and Sales. Our goal is margin quality, not revenue at any cost. You will work directly with senior management and help turn ideas into clean processes, analyses, and decision-making foundations:

• With analyses, reports, and templates, you will support the development of Finance, Purchasing, and Cost Management.
• You will document processes in your area and prepare workshops and decision memos
• You will be involved in offers and invoices and ensure that nothing is left pending.
• You will coordinate appointments and measures to ensure smooth order processing.

• You are enrolled at a university, regardless of your semester. Business Administration, Economics, or Controlling are a good fit, and related fields of study are equally welcome.
• You don't need to have prior knowledge of accounting or purchasing. If you enjoy working with numbers and are willing to learn, that's enough. First experience from internships, university projects, or volunteer work is a plus, but not a must.
• You work accurately and are comfortable with Excel and Microsoft 365. Experience with Claude is an advantage.
• You speak and write German at C2 level. This is our only firm requirement. Offers, customer communication, and policies go out under our name, and they must be technically and linguistically flawless.
