Working Student Project Management – Finance, Purchasing & Sales (m/f/d)

We are systematically building up Finance, Purchasing, and Sales. Our claim is margin quality instead of revenue at any price. You will work directly with senior management and help turn ideas into clean processes, analyses, and decision-making bases:

• With analyses, reports, and templates, you will support the development of Finance, Purchasing, and Cost Management.
• You will document the processes in your area and prepare workshops and decision memos
• You will be involved in offers and invoices and ensure that nothing is left undone.
• You will coordinate appointments and measures to ensure that orders run smoothly.

• You are enrolled at a university, regardless of the semester. Business administration, economics, or controlling are a good fit, and related fields of study are also welcome.
• You do not need to have prior knowledge of accounting or purchasing. If you enjoy working with numbers and want to learn, that's enough. Initial experience from internships, university projects, or volunteer work is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You work precisely and are comfortable with Excel and Microsoft 365. Experience with Claude is an advantage.
• You speak and write German at C2 level. This is our only firm requirement. Offers, customer communication, and guidelines go out under our name, and they must be flawless both technically and linguistically.
