And we continue to grow: new locations in Austria and the Netherlands are already in the starting blocks. Our project team supports new locations – you will be right in the middle of it all, from planning to opening. And in daily business, you will also be an important contact person for all questions and processes in our restaurants and work hands-on with the management team.

For our office in Dortmund, we are looking for a Working Student Project Management & Backoffice (m/f/d) who is eager to be in the thick of things.

Your Tasks:

• Owner of Merch: You will take care of our high-quality and cool merchandise and our employee clothing: you will ensure that everything arrives on time for our employees

• Bookings: You will support the travel organization of our teams and keep an eye on hotel bills by obtaining and entering them

• Orders: You will ensure that nothing is missing in our locations and support with reordering supplies and materials

• Reservations: You will support our team with reservation requests so that our guests receive a quick response

• Apartments: You will support the organization of employee apartments – from searching for apartments to issuing landlord confirmations

• Office Management: You will ensure that the office lacks nothing – from fresh flowers and drinks to everything else needed for daily life, and you will keep our document filing system in order

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g., in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Event or Hospitality Management, or a comparable course of study

• You have organizational talent and can keep track of many tasks at once

• You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy getting hands-on

• You communicate in a friendly and open manner, whether with colleagues, guests, or suppliers

• You have a confident command of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

• You possess very good German and good English skills

• Advantageous: First experiences in gastronomy or office environments, as well as a Class B driver's license
