With uniPlan energy, we actively drive the energy transition within the uniPlan group. As a family office based in Dresden, we develop and manage projects in the areas of renewable energies and real estate as a group with uniPlan management, uniPlan energy, and uniPlan immobilien.
Within uniPlan energy, we primarily develop wind, photovoltaic, and storage projects in Germany, but also in parts of Europe, together with municipalities, companies, and landowners - from land acquisition to implementation. We focus on quality, cooperative partnership, and regional anchoring. Especially important: We develop projects for our own portfolio, thus laying the foundation to gradually become a green electricity provider - an approach focused on stability and long-term development.

- Research on planning law, approval-relevant, and project-specific issues
- Support in the development of wind energy and photovoltaic projects
- Participation in the identification and evaluation of suitable locations as well as in the development of site concepts
- Support in the coordination of internal and external project stakeholders, expert consultants, planning offices, and other service providers
- Preparation of documents and presentations for municipalities, authorities, owners, and other project stakeholders
- Support in documenting and tracking project progress
- Participation in the further development of internal processes and standards
WHAT YOU BRING
- Ongoing studies in natural sciences, spatial planning, geography, renewable energies, or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Interest in renewable energies and wind energy projects
- Independent and structured way of working with a good eye for detail
- Good communication skills as well as the ability to document results understandably and discuss them in a team
- Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Initial experience with GIS software is an advantage
- Native-level German language skills (C2 according to CEFR) as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
- Availability for at least 12 months and at least 13 hours per week (flexible working time arrangement)
