Working Student Project, Asset and Cost Management - Real Estate Division (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Project Coordination: Participation in project, planning, and construction meetings
- Operational Project Support: Support for service departments and active involvement in project, asset, and cost management projects
- Scheduling: Preparation and updating of schedules with MS Project
- Cost Controlling: Creation of cost reports and support in cost tracking
- Quotation and Invoicing: Involvement in the review of quotations and invoices from planners and executing companies
Your Experience
- Qualification: Enrolled Master's student in (Civil) Engineering, Architecture, Business Engineering, or a comparable course of study
- Practical Experience: Initial relevant experience through internships, working student positions, or theses in project management
- Professional Interest: Strong interest in project, asset, and/or cost management
- Work Style: Structured, conscientious, and results-oriented approach to work, as well as enjoyment of working in international teams
- Communication & Languages: Communicative personality as well as fluent German and very good English skills
