Working Student Project & Artist Management (m/f/d)

Are you eager to get to know the daily life of a creator agency from the ground up, and do you ideally already have some initial experience? Then we are looking for you! Since we are looking for someone to join us long-term, you should be at the beginning or in the middle of your studies. If you also have the flexibility to support more than the usual 20 hours during semester breaks if needed, you are a perfect fit for us.

YOUR TASKS:

• You will support the operational daily business of an artist manager – from emails and the entire cooperation process (briefings, content, insights, invoices) to preparing and creating presentations for talent strategy calls.
• You will accompany the project management of our talents in areas such as talent podcasts and co-creations.
• You will coordinate travel for our talents and artist managers, file tickets neatly, and manage appointments in calendars.
• You will support event planning (research, appointments, goodie bags) and may occasionally be present on-site after consultation.
• Research PR topics, initial contacts in consultation, and neat filing of all information.

• Ongoing studies (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communication, Business Administration) with a remaining duration of at least 2 years.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in an agency, event, or media environment.
• A true talent for organization – you work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even with many to-dos.
• Communication at eye level, reliability, and a proactive work approach.
• Available in Hamburg

• Independent and flexible work (up to 20 hrs./week during the semester, more during semester breaks if desired).
