As a working student in product management, you will become part of our internal innovation team – and work with us on multiple parallel projects with real impact.

Responsibilities

What you will do with us

• Implement Innovation Projects

You will guide digital solutions from the initial idea to market readiness, work closely with clients as well as design, development, and management teams, and ensure that we achieve our goals efficiently. You will also be actively involved in international collaboration with our team.

• Take Responsibility for Own Ventures & Sub-projects

You will not only independently manage smaller (sub-)projects but also work on your own ventures with significant external impact, which you can influence. In a dynamic environment with a fast pace, you will have the opportunity to take ownership at any time.

• Proactive Improvements & AI/Tech Scouting

You will support ideation, identify optimization potential, and independently contribute suggestions that make a real difference. You will also follow the latest AI tools and technologies, test them, and help introduce them into our projects and processes.

• Rapid Prototyping & R&D

Together, we focus on short development cycles, validate ideas early, and react quickly to feedback. You will be right in the middle of it when we build prototypes and test concepts for feasibility.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Current studies in economics, computer science, or a comparable field – you have a growth mindset and bring entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong problem-solving skills: You are a top-notch troubleshooter, think analytically, and find solutions even in complex situations, rather than just seeing problems.
• Hunger for new things & Creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and implementing them independently into concrete results – and you won’t rest until the result is truly convincing.
• Technical interest and basic knowledge (e.g., coding) are a plus, but not a must – more important are willingness to learn and a basic understanding of agile methods.
• Very good German and English skills – you communicate confidently in both languages.
• Initiative & Sense of Responsibility: You handle uncertainty confidently and keep an eye on your projects independently.
• Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively seek improvement opportunities, and bring new ideas to the team.
• Customer and Company Perspective: You understand the needs of our clients as well as our internal goals and propose effective solutions.
• High Pace: You feel comfortable when projects move quickly and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• First experiences in product management, startup environment, or development are a plus, but also not a must.
