Werkstudent Produktentwicklung (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Participation in leading digital infrastructure for Germany's startup promotion
• Meaningful social mission, no routine processing of standard requests
• Support for our Product Owner in product development on the founder platform
• First point of contact for error reports and feature requests from the team
• Creation of tickets for our development teams
• Space for your own ideas to continuously improve our product
• Maximum 19.5 hours a week

Qualifikation

• Ideal candidate is studying business administration, marketing or sociology. Other fields are welcome if you bring relevant skills. What interests us is your personality and talent, because at our company you can deal with topics intensively and long-term.
• Passion for high-quality customer service and a communicative personality
• Interest in entrepreneurship and startup themes as well as digital learning formats
• You analyze gladly and have fun dealing with data
• You take responsibility and work structured and carefully
• Ideal candidate has MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• You contribute to our unique company culture
