Werkstudent Product Owner for Software Projects (m/w/d)

We from Platri IT are looking for support in the area of Product Ownership. We are an engaged and open-minded team with a startup flair from Bochum.

Besides developing individual software in the form of web, app, and platform solutions, we develop our own software ideas and accompany digital products from their first vision to successful go-live.

You are currently studying and want not only to theoretically learn how digital products come into being, but actively participate in real software projects? Aufgaben

Your Mission?

• Support our Product Owner in planning and controlling individual software projects.
• Learn about the goals, business processes, and user groups of our customers.
• Accompany internal meetings as well as dates for developing product visions, requirements, and concepts.
• Support in translating requirements into User Stories.
• Help with maintaining, structuring, and preparing the Product Backlog.
• Prioritize Refinements, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and other agile dates.
• Support in clearly formulating requirements and keeping open points.
• Help with accepting developed functions and supporting quality assurance.
• Documented results, decisions, and feedback from meetings.
• Observe together with the team how implemented functions are used and their impact is observed, and bring your own improvement ideas forward.

• …you are currently enrolled in a suitable study program, e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration, media, UX, product management or a comparable field.
• …you have interest in digital products, software development and agile working methods.
• …you can analyze complex topics and structure them clearly.
• …you enjoy communicating with people and have fun collaborating with customers, users and technical teams.
• …you are curious and quickly get to grips with new topics.
• …you work independently, reliably and solution-oriented.
• …you bring first basic knowledge of agile methods like Scrum or Kanban or have a desire to learn them at our company.
• …ideally you have some experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or Miro.
• …teamwork is valued and you want to further develop yourself professionally.
• …you have regular time during your semester to support our team.
