You have completed your banking training and are now studying further (e.g. BWL, Finance, Economics, Psychology, etc.)? Tasks

• Support for private customer advisors in daily business (preparation of appointments, documents, documentation)
• Counseling conversations on standardized topics/products – increasingly independently depending on experience
• Active participation in customer retention and acquisition (e.g. scheduling, addressing, service and sales impulses)
• Use of modern counseling tools and accompaniment of customers towards digital services

Qualification

• Completed banking training (mandatory)
• Matriculation at a university/high school (ongoing studies)
• First practice in private customer advisory services is a plus, but not a must
• Service- and sales-orientedness, friendly communication, reliability
• Self-initiative and enthusiasm for further professional development
