Student/Practicant (m/w/d) - Technical Documentation ERP Processes (Odoo)

We at Lakefields are a young, growing company that has set itself the goal of offering highest quality in the pet food industry. In our manufacturing facility in Gottmadingen, located on Lake Constance, we produce our own premium dog and cat food. Only regional, fresh ingredients with food-grade quality are used, which are processed into feed through gentle processes.

In our team, we pursue ambitious goals and are currently experiencing strong growth. Last year, we introduced a new ERP system (Odoo) that helps us elevate our brand to a new level.

To achieve this, you're the missing piece in our team!

You enjoy getting involved in complex technical processes, preparing them for understanding and want to apply your IT knowledge practically?

Then support us in documenting and structuring processes in our ERP system and help make knowledge available to the company in a sustainable way.

Tasks

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, instructions, and process descriptions
• Solution-oriented steering and implementation of ERP projects
• Presentation of complex issues for different target groups (e.g., departmental communication, external service providers)
• Closer exchange with all departments, particularly customer service, logistics, production planning, and accounting
• Taking and documenting requirements and processes in exchange with the respective teams

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT management or comparable
• Technical understanding and interest in ERP systems and business processes
• Analysis and understanding of workflows in our ERP system (Odoo)
• Outstanding team and communication skills, as well as enthusiasm for working with different departments
• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant work style
• Very good written expression in German
