Praktikant (m/w/d) Social Media Marketing

We are a young, creative startup from Munich that develops sustainable beverage solutions for companies.

If you're passionate about social media, love creating content and want to take real responsibility? At Re:Drink, you'll design our brand presence actively. We're looking for an organizational talent with a keen eye for design and strong writing skills to elevate our social media channels.

Aufgaben

Your tasks – You'll take ownership

• Social Media Management: You're responsible for planning, creating, and posting content as well as daily community management on our channels (LinkedIn/Insta/Facebook).
• Ownership: You'll see our channels as your project – you'll work reliably, keep deadlines in mind, and drive the content proactively forward.
• Design & Video: Creation of graphics, animations, and possibly videos (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Creative Freedom: Bringing in your own ideas and implementing them with noticeable impact.
• Content Creation (Blog & Website): You'll research and write blog articles for our website. Don't worry: You'll be actively supported by our tailored KI-assistant, the Re:Drink CLAUDE Bot.

Qualifikation

Your must-haves – What you bring with you

• Copywriting: You always hit the right tone, have fun writing and know how to craft captivating captions and headlines.
• Erfahrung im Social Media Management, Community Management.
• Videoschnitt: You have a good sense for trends and can dynamically and platform-adequately cut videos (for Reels, TikToks etc.).
• Figma & Designverständnis: You've already worked with Figma. You understand how to work with existing templates and have an eye for ensuring our Corporate Design and Corporate Wording remain consistent.
• Soft Skills: Absolute reliability and a self-reliant working style are second nature to you. Motivation, taking responsibility, and trying new things.

• Munich residence: You live in Munich. We're a small team and look forward to seeing you 2 days a week at the office. The rest of the time, you can work flexibly remote (15–20 hours/week).
• Linguistic level: You speak and write German on a native speaker's level (strictly required for our copywriting).
• Long-term interest: You're looking for a long-term commitment. We value it if you want to stay with us after your studies/practicum and ideally develop into a Junior role.
• You study Design, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Media or comparable fields of study.

Nice to have (A plus, not a must)

• First experiences with the Meta Werbeanzeigenmanager (Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads) are a significant advantage.
