Student / Intern (m/w/d) in Corporate Development – Focus on Lean Management

To strengthen our team for sustainability and Lean Management, we are looking for bachelor/master students (m/w/d) as interns or trainees in corporate development – focus on Lean Management at the locations Leer, Kelsterbach or Stuttgart.

What to Expect

• Preparation of presentations, conducting research, and ad-hoc analysis
• Prior and post-processing of Lean Management workshops
• Participation in process analyses and key figure evaluations in the operational area
• Assistance in the preparation department (scheduling, logistics, etc.)

Your Experiences

• Studies in environmental economics, construction engineering, sustainability management or similar fields
• Rapid learning of scheduling software (Asta Powerproject and MS Project)
• Interest in Lean Management
• Very good verbal and written expression skills in German language
• Team spirit, self-initiative, and a self-responsible work style
