Working Student / Intern (m/f/d, limited) - Influencer Marketing & Community

We are BonaTea. Our journey began at the end of 2021 in a shared apartment – out of the simple necessity to find a special tea gift for Fabi's mom. Today, we are a fast-growing start-up shaking up the conservative tea market. We love to tackle things, create creatively, and see direct results – without long decision paths or rigid processes. Initiative and teamwork are our top priorities.

We are currently rebuilding our Influencer Marketing from the ground up – this is exactly where you come in. As a working student or intern, you will be involved from the very beginning: you will find the right creators, build relationships with them, and lend a listening ear to our customers. In short: a position for everyone who loves to communicate.

Responsibilities

• Co-building our influencer marketing from scratch: tool-assisted research of suitable influencers, outreach, and ongoing contact maintenance via chat
• Management of our creator program: Influencers receive our products and a personal code through which their community orders on a commission basis
• Evaluation and analysis of collaborations (code redemptions, sales, reach) including concrete optimizations
• Support with paid collaborations: research of suitable accounts and planning of scheduled story placements
• Support in customer service and contribution to the expansion and optimization of our support systems

Qualifications

• Enrolled student (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communication, Media) – for a limited position as a working student or a (mandatory) internship
• Communication is your strength: You enjoy writing and strike the right tone – whether in DMs with creators or in chats with customers
• You are at home on Instagram & TikTok and recognize which creators fit a brand
• Structured, independent way of working and understanding of numbers: You keep track of many contacts and evaluate your collaborations yourself (e.g., in Excel)
• First experiences with social media or influencer marketing are a plus – not a must
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form
