IT Process Automation KI Intern (m/w/d)

KplusA Communications GmbH is an event agency for personal brands and medium-sized companies. We make brands experiential and help through our own business events to increase revenue, more employees, and a stronger branding. With the help of our large network, we advise and create individual event concepts for our customers.

We are looking for an intern or trainee (m/w/d) for the IT department who will support us in designing, processing, and implementing automations and AI solutions for our business processes.

As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to gain valuable practical experience.

Tasks

• You will support the management team
• Support in developing and implementing KI-based automation solutions for internal processes (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
• Analyze and optimize existing IT processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participation in projects on digitalization and process automation in event planning and execution.
• Creation of technical documentation and training materials for users within the company.
• Collaboration with various departments to identify automation potential and develop suitable solutions.

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
• Basic knowledge of programming and understanding of IT process automation
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in the event sector
• Good analytical skills and a structured work approach
• Teamwork ability and communication strength in a dynamic environment
