Build scalable social formats for Golf Post & international sports verticals

Who we are

Golf Post is Europe's largest digital golf community – and the core of a growing international sports media network (including Racing, Tennis, and Snow).

Our goal: strong content, clear recognition value, and scalable social media systems, which function in several markets and verticals.

We are looking for creative makers, who understand Social Media not as a posting plan, but as a product.

Tasks

Your role

You will work directly with the editorial team, product & founder to strategically and visually elevate our social media presence.

Your tasks:

• Development of recurring social media templates & formats (Reels, Posts, Slides, Stories)
• BUILDING a scalable social system for multiple markets & sports verticals
• Translating content (articles, news, videos) into performant social formats
• Testing new ideas, hooks, storytelling approaches & dynamics
• Thinking about distribution, frequency, timing & growth
• Tight collaboration with the editorial team & tech (including AI workflows)

Qualification

What we're looking for

• You are a student or in an internship – study field secondary
• You have a very good sense for Social Trends, Design & Dynamics
• You think in formats, series and systems, not in single posts
• You can handle tools like Canva, Figma or similar confidently
• You work independently, quickly and pragmatically
• Sport enthusiasm (Golf, Racing, Tennis, Snow etc.) is a big plus
