Tasks

• Planning, preparation, and organization of podcast production
• Conducting podcast recordings including technical support on-site
• Coordinating post-production with our podcast cutter
• Developing, planning, and creating social media content based on the podcast episodes in close collaboration with our podcast cutter
• Maintaining social media channels
• Maintaining the podcast community: exchange, feedback, and Q&A
• Creating performance reports (downloads, reach & audience insights)
• Drawing conclusions for optimizing the podcast

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of marketing, media, communication or a comparable major
• First experience in marketing and ideally in the area of podcasting
• You have a creative sense for target-group-oriented storytelling, trends, and platform-specific formats
• Your team skills, communication strength, and structured work approach stand out
• You possess very good German and English language skills
