You will take on your own tasks, coordinate topics, and ensure that open items become concrete next steps. The position is
limited until 04/30/2027 and can be performed
OnSite in Hamburg or Cologne.
What you will do with us You will support the coordination of relevant workstreams in the integration of Skaylink and Vodafone, ensuring that open topics, dependencies, and next steps remain transparent. You will prepare the relevant information for regular PMO meetings, status updates, and management or SteerCo reports, and ensure structured follow-up. You will keep our central project status up-to-date, keeping track of responsibilities, timelines, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open support needs. In the OneFlow ERP project, you will support the Finance team in planning and coordinating tasks and maintain the Finance project plan in Jira. You will document and structure current and future processes in Confluence, supporting the clear capture of requirements, interfaces, roles, controls, and improvement potentials. Together with project leads and business departments, you will prepare reviews, tests, and alignment meetings, follow up on open items, and help turn questions into concrete tasks and decisions. When you fit in with us You are currently studying, for example, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program, and want to apply your knowledge in practice. Initial experience in project management, PMO, or process work is an advantage – experience from transformation, integration, or ERP projects is particularly exciting. A structured and reliable way of working characterizes you, whereby you also maintain an overview of multiple parallel topics and consistently follow up on tasks. You communicate confidently with various contact persons and are not afraid to actively gather information, address open points, and follow up when necessary. Very good German and English skills will help you to present complex information comprehensibly and communicate confidently with different stakeholders. You feel comfortable with Microsoft 365; initial experience with Jira and Confluence or other project and process management tools is a plus. Hey, we are Skaylink.
