Do you want to gain practical and versatile HR experience and actively contribute to promoting young talent? Then you're exactly right with us!
As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our team in the apprenticeship management of the HomeServe group and gain exciting insights into the HR work of a decentralized corporate group.

Your tasks

• You will support the organization and coordination of our apprenticeship programs
• You will participate in the planning and execution of apprenticeship events, workshops and other measures
• You will create and maintain apprenticeship documents, presentations, guidelines and informational materials
• You will support the creation of documents and communication materials related to apprenticeships
• You will accompany the application and selection process for our apprentices
• You will work on exciting projects in the areas of apprenticeships, personnel development and talent management
• You will support the continuous further development of our apprenticeship processes and quality standards

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably in the fields of Personnel Management, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Wirtschaftspsychologie, or a comparable course of study
• Enthusiasm for the areas of apprenticeships, recruiting and personnel development
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Friendly and confident demeanor as well as joy in interacting with young people
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
