Are you empathetic, well-organized, and enthusiastic about modern human resources and working with people? We are looking for a motivated working student in HR and personnel to strengthen our team, help shape a first-class employee journey, and actively support our daily operations.

Your Tasks

• Supporting our HR team in answering general inquiries from our employees

• Assisting in the recruiting process, for example, by creating job advertisements, coordinating interview schedules, and performing initial screening of application documents

• Accompanying the employee journey from entry to exit with organizational preparation and support for the onboarding of new team members

• Supporting operational daily business, including master data maintenance in Personio, administration of digital personnel files, management of our absence tool, and creation of employment and interim references

• Studies in Business Administration (BWL / WiWi) with a focus on Human Resources, Psychological Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, or a comparable discipline, ideally already in a Master's program

• Practical experience in HR or recruiting through previous internships or part-time jobs as a valued plus

• Personality characterized by empathy, high social competence, strong communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility

• Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
