We are looking for a Werkstudent (m/w/d) in the field of Performance Marketing, who will support our team 12-20 hours per week diligently.

Aufgaben

What we offer you:

• You design, implement, and monitor campaigns. (Google Ads u. Meta Ads)
• You take over the responsibility for Paid Media, including advertising on Google and in social media.
• You define and interpret performance KPIs to use the results purposefully and derive measures from them.
• After a thorough familiarization phase, you will receive the trust to act independently and thus make a significant contribution to the company's success.
• After your familiarization phase, you will actively participate in customer meetings.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in economics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on marketing or a similar area.
• You have practical experience in Google Paid Ads and Social Media Advertising.
• You are proficient in working with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager or are willing to quickly get familiar with them.
• You possess a well-developed analytical understanding, particularly regarding marketing metrics.
• You work structured, independently, and always conscientiously.
• You enjoy communicating with customers.
